Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 4 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more (after discounts and before tax).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Made‑to‑Order

Because each piece is handcrafted after purchase, slight variations may occur. Made‑to‑order items may require the full processing time before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and provide next steps.

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, we handle these situations on a case‑by‑case basis.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the best resolution.
